Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Hereby I (hereinafter — the “Personal Data Subject”), in fulfillment of the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, having reviewed the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the website https://mestra.chat/ (hereinafter — the “Website”), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to MESTRA LLC (OGRN 1267700073222, INN 9713034182, address: 127238, Moscow, Lokomotivny Proezd 21, building 5, premises 45/5) (hereinafter — the “Operator”) to process my personal data using automation means, by collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, and transfer (granting access) of my personal data.
This consent is granted for the following purposes and categories of personal data:

I give consent to the transfer of my personal data, including from the Personal Account, to third parties — partners of the Operator that ensure the operation of the Service (infrastructure and hosting providers in the Russian Federation, payment systems, SMS/OTP provider): name, email address, phone number.
This consent is valid from the date it is granted and for the period necessary to achieve the stated processing purposes, and may be withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject at any time in the following ways:
- by sending a written notice requesting cessation of personal data processing in free form to the Operator’s address specified above, or to the email info@mestra.chat;
- by unsubscribing from informational mailings via a special link at the bottom of the email — with respect to such mailings.
The date of granting consent is the date of submitting the completed web form on the Website (checking the corresponding box in the web form).
I am aware that I may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data specified in this consent. If consent is withdrawn, the Operator shall cease processing and destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal. I understand that if I refuse to grant consent, the Operator will be forced to refuse me the actions provided for by the above processing purposes.
I have been notified that when processing personal data the Operator takes the legal, organizational, and technical measures provided for by Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, or dissemination of personal data, as well as from other unlawful acts in relation to personal data.
I guarantee that I have obtained consent from third parties whose data I have specified when using the Service (employees, counterparties, clients) to transfer their personal data to the Operator and to process them for the purpose of providing services. I am aware that I independently bear responsibility for the accuracy and relevance of the specified personal data.
